How much do you want to bet that 2024 will be an even hotter year than last? The world is heating up, discussions about what to do as well. Scientists keep warning that current actions and promises won’t be enough to keep the world from breaching irreversible treshholds. And our governemnt? It is reacting with the necessary urgency and commitment calling for patience and pragmatic solutions. 

Instead of keeping the eyes on the ball, they are flirting with technological speculation and continous, unlimited green growth on a finite planet. Now is not the time for empty talk, misdirection, and false solutions. We owe it to the future to tackle one of the biggest threats we are confronted with and stop its causes. What this change could look like is up to all of us.
