Preparation

Your project should be presented in a written and visually exciting and meaningful way. In addition to text alone, photos (for which you own the publishing rights), videos and images help to liven up your contribution and make it more tangible. Your project will be presented in German, French and English, choose the languages.

Project description

When describing your project, you can ask yourself the following questions:

  • What is special about the project?
  • What characteristics do I want to emphasise?
  • What ecological, community and social goals does the project pursue?
  • What images, graphics, photos and videos do I use to present the project in an attractive and interesting way?
  • What existing information about the project would I like to include? (Website, social media page, YouTube, blog...)
  • Do I want to encourage participation? If so, what am I looking for?

How do I register my project?

  1. Go to the page https://bibe.cell.lu
  2. Log in as a user with your name and a chosen password
  3. Select New initiative in the drop-down menu
  4. Fill in the online questionnaire
    • Add your images and text to the form
    • Videos can be embedded using the embedding function
    • Cross-links to your website or social media can be inserted here
  5. The site is multilingual in French, German and English. Choose the language you are most familiar with, your contribution will be automatically translated by us via DEEPL when you submit it.
  6. You have the option of saving and editing your contribution until it is approved
  7. After you have entered your initiative and released it for publication, it will not be visible online immediately, but will undergo an internal validation process.
  8. Your initiative will be online after a few days
  9. You can access your content at any time via your user account and manage, change or delete your initiative.

Follow-up

To keep the presence of your initiative lively and interactive, we recommend the following measures

Inform people about your initiative on BiBe in social media, blogs, newsletters, press articles and other public contributions. This is easy to do via cross-links and attracts attention.
Reply to emails from interested parties.
Update your presentation at regular intervals (text and images).
