Regenerative micro-farm offering a weekly seasonal vegetable basket to the members supporting the project.
Ipomee
IPOMÉE is a small, diversified vegetable farm that is part of a movement to promote the production and consumption of healthy, seasonal food without chemical fertilisers or pesticides in a very limited geographical area. Members' annual contribution for a weekly vegetable basket covers the production costs and the grower's remuneration. IPOMÉE was founded in April 2020 after two plots of land were made available by owners who care about nature and biodiversity. Thanks to the members and intensive and passionate work, we have managed to avoid using an external investor, which has allowed our community to be fully autonomous, to preserve our values and principles and to significantly reduce operating costs
