BiBe – Your platform for citizen participation

BiBe stands for citizen participation – ‘BiergerBedéelegung’ in Luxembourgish. ‘Bierger’ means citizen, ‘Bedéelegung’ means participation.

These two words form the heart of our vision: bringing people together who want to make a difference.

BiBe connects you with transition initiatives in your local area – whether you’re looking for inspiration, want to get involved, or wish to drive a project forward yourself. If you already have an idea or are currently planning to set something up, we’ll help you raise your profile and find the right contacts and networks in your region.

Here’s how it works:

Create an account and introduce your project or event to the BiBe community. Get noticed!

Be inspired or inspire others.

Discover existing projects and join us in spreading the Transition movement across Luxembourg.
