For devices with touchscreens or smartphones, our services are generally limited to diagnosis and advice. We strongly recommend having these devices repaired by specialist shops that have all the necessary tools and expertise to carry out a proper repair.

What should I check before I come?

– The device’s power supply: Is the indicator light on? Is the battery or are the batteries charged? Is the mains cable in good condition?

– The maintenance of the device: Empty the filters in hairdryers and vacuum cleaners; descale a coffee machine using citric acid or a similar product, etc.

What do I need to bring with me for the repair?

Make sure you have everything you need to test the item you’re bringing in for repair. For a coffee machine, for example, bring some coffee or a capsule with you. For a DVD player, bring a DVD with you. For a petrol engine, bring your own petrol. Etc., charger, cables, and possibly the manual.
For your hi-fi system: remote control, speakers.
For your TV: the cables used to connect it (to the set-top box, to the amplifier).
The spare part, if you have already identified the fault.
