For devices with touchscreens/smartphones, services are generally limited to diagnosis and advice. We strongly recommend having these devices repaired by specialist shops that have all the necessary tools and expertise to carry out a proper repair.

What should I check before I come?

– The device’s power supply: Is the indicator light on? Is the battery or are the batteries charged? Is the power cable in good condition?

– The maintenance of the device: Empty the filters of hairdryers and vacuum cleaners, descale a coffee machine with citric acid or similar, etc.

What do I need to bring with me for the repair?

Remember everything you need to test the item you want repaired. For a coffee machine, for example, bring some coffee or a capsule. For a DVD player, bring a DVD. For a petrol engine, bring your petrol. Etc., charger, cables, manual if applicable.
For your hi-fi system: remote control, speakers.
For your TV: cables used for connection (to the receiver, to the amplifier).
The spare part, if you have already identified the fault.
