For devices with touchscreens/smartphones, services are usually limited to diagnosis and advice. It is strongly recommended to have these devices repaired by specialised shops that have all the necessary tools and knowledge and can carry out a proper repair.

What do I need to check before I come?

- The power supply to the appliance: Is the indicator light switched on? Is the battery or batteries charged? Is the power cable in good condition?

- Maintenance of the appliance: Empty the filters of hair dryers and hoovers, descale a coffee machine with citric acid or similar, etc.

What do I need to bring to the repair?

Think of everything you need to test the item you want to repair. For a coffee machine, for example, take coffee or a capsule with you. For a DVD player, take a DVD with you. For a petrol engine, bring your petrol, etc., charger, cable, possibly a manual.
For your hi-fi system: remote control, speakers.
For your television: cables used for the connection (to receiver, to amplifier).
The spare part, if you have already identified the defect.
