Every Friday afternoon, our volunteers – who are passionate about sewing – welcome the public to learn how to repair and extend the life of clothes and accessories: mending a seam, replacing a button, repairing a hole or carrying out minor alterations.

The aim is to pass on skills, encourage self-reliance and show that it is often possible to repair rather than throw away.
