Since May 2022, CELL has been supporting local authorities across the country in setting up the "Assises du pacte climat 2.0", a national programme that involves organising exchanges between civil society and local authorities with a view to developing actions for the ecological transition.

The new Climate Pact 2.0 programme is to bring together citizens, clubs, schools and businesses for a day of exchange once a year: This is an opportunity to discuss the projects that have already been carried out at local or regional level, and to reflect on the actions that need to be developed for the future.
