The idea for ÔPEN was born in the minds of the citizens of Junglinster during 2 participatory workshops run by CELL and ASTI in spring 2022. An association was formed in September. Since January 2023, thanks to the support of the Commune of Junglinster, it has been renting premises in which our third place is being created every day.
