Piazza Garten (Bâtiment 4)
The Piazza Garden of Bâtiment 4 emerged from the F.U.T.U.R.E. project within the framework of Esch22. A greenhouse, a herb spiral, several raised beds, a small fountain and wicking beds were built.
The wicking beds in particular are worth seeing, as they are plant tubs with built-in water reservoirs that water the plants from below.
Since the beginning of 2023, the garden has also been open to the public. A small group of volunteers regularly maintains the garden and takes care of the plant cultivation as well as the future redesign and further development of the garden.
