For devices with touchscreens or smartphones, our services are generally limited to diagnosis and advice. We strongly recommend having these devices repaired by specialist shops, which have all the necessary tools and expertise to carry out a proper repair.

What do I need to check before I come?

– The device’s power supply: Is the indicator light on? Is the battery or are the batteries charged? Is the mains cable in good condition?

– Device maintenance: Empty the filters in hairdryers and vacuum cleaners; descale a coffee machine using citric acid or a similar product, etc.

What do I need to bring with me for the repair?

Make sure you have everything you need to test the item you’re bringing in for repair. For a coffee machine, for example, bring some coffee or a capsule. For a DVD player, bring a DVD. For a petrol engine, bring your own petrol. Etc., charger, cables, manual if available.
For your hi-fi system: remote control, speakers.
For your television: the cables used to connect it (to a set-top box, to an amplifier).
The spare part, if you have already identified the fault.
